Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application FlowDoku - Flower Puzzle (the "App") handles information. FlowDoku is a garden logic puzzle: place exactly one flower in each color region, at most one flower in each row and column, and keep flowers from touching, even diagonally. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

2.2 Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The App saves the following in its local storage on your device. We do not operate a server that receives this data. Your device's operating system may back up app data according to your device and account settings:

• Settings: theme (light / dark), accent color, sound, haptics, and interface language
• Which levels you have completed, your stars, and your best times
• Your sunshine balance, daily gift date, purchased transaction IDs, ad-removal entitlement, and the levels where blocked-cell display was unlocked
• Your active puzzle, marks, flowers, mistakes, hints, and remaining lives
• Whether you have completed the interactive tutorial, and your place in it

Clearing the App's storage or uninstalling it removes its local copy of this data. A backup managed by your device or account provider may remain under that provider's settings.

2.3 Advertising

When advertising is enabled in a build, FlowDoku uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to show banner ads and optional rewarded ads. The SDK may collect and share your IP address, device or advertising identifiers, app interactions such as ad views, and diagnostic or performance information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Google may use your IP address to estimate approximate location. The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request consent where required; ads are requested only when the SDK reports they are allowed. If a privacy-options entry is required for your region, it appears in Settings. You can also buy the Remove Ads product to stop ad requests from the app. See Google's Privacy Policy for Google's data practices.

2.4 In-App Purchases

When purchases are enabled in a build, you can buy sunshine packs or a permanent Remove Ads entitlement through Google Play or Apple. The platform handles payment details; FlowDoku does not receive your card number. The app stores your balance, purchase transaction IDs, and ad-removal entitlement locally so it can deliver products and avoid duplicate grants. Restoring purchases reinstates Remove Ads; consumable sunshine is not restored or synced between devices by FlowDoku.

2.5 Play Games and Game Center

Play Games, Game Center, and app-managed cloud sync are disabled in the current build. The achievements and scores shown in the app use local progress. The app does not provide its own way to restore progress after reinstalling or transfer it to another device; your operating system may restore app data from a device backup.

2.6 What the App Does NOT Do

• No separate app analytics or crash-reporting service. The AdMob SDK may process interactions and diagnostics when advertising is enabled.
• No access to photos, contacts, camera, microphone, or files.
• No social features, no chat, no user-generated content.
• No network access is needed for the puzzle itself. Ads and purchases need a connection when those features are enabled. Opening a legal or support link also uses your browser and an internet connection.

3. How Information Is Used

The app uses local data to resume your puzzle, show progress and achievements, remember settings, manage sunshine spent on hints, and deliver purchases. When enabled, Google AdMob processes data to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud; Google Play or Apple processes purchase transactions.

4. Data Sharing

The app does not transmit your puzzle progress or sunshine balance to our own server. When ads are enabled, data described in Section 2.3 is shared with Google and its ad partners according to the consent choices and ad settings that apply. Google Play or Apple handles purchase and payment information. If you open a legal or support link, your browser contacts our pages hosted by GitHub Pages. If you email support, your email provider sends the message and the information you include to us.

5. Your Choices

• Play offline: no account or internet connection is required for gameplay.
• Delete local data: clear the app's storage or uninstall it to remove its local settings, progress, and sunshine. Manage any device or account backups separately in your operating system's settings.
• Advertising choices: use the ad privacy options shown in Settings when required for your region. You can also manage advertising preferences through your device settings or buy Remove Ads.
• Contact us: email us if you have a question about data or the app.

6. Children's Privacy

The App contains no chat, no user-generated content, and no social features. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. Advertising partners may process the data described above when ads are enabled; parents can contact us about privacy questions or manage the device's ad settings.

7. Data Security

• Settings, active puzzle state, progress, and sunshine are kept in the device's standard local storage.
• We operate no gameplay server and the app has no account or app-managed cloud save.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App changes. Changes are posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and the stores' listing pages always link to the current version.
