FlowDoku Home
Quick summary: FlowDoku is an offline logic puzzle game. Every puzzle ships inside the app, so the game needs no internet connection to play. Your settings, progress, and sun balance are stored on your device. The app may show ads (you can remove them with a one-time purchase) and offers optional in-app purchases of sun packs; payments are handled entirely by Google or Apple. You may optionally sign in to Google Play Games or Game Center to sync achievements and cloud-saved progress. We run no servers of our own and never collect your name, email, or location.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application FlowDoku - Flower Puzzle (the "App") handles information. FlowDoku is a Sudoku-inspired garden puzzle: you place flowers so that every row, column, region, and large diagonal holds exactly one flower of each color. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Personal Information
We do NOT collect personally identifiable information. The App has no account system of its own and never asks for your name, email address, phone number, or location. If you choose to sign in to Google Play Games or Game Center (optional), the platform associates your gameplay with your account; we do not receive your identity.
2.2 Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The App saves the following on your device only, using the device's standard local storage. We cannot read it:
- Settings: theme (light / dark), accent color, sound, haptics, and interface language
- Which levels you have completed, your stars, and your best times
- Your sun balance, the date of your most recent daily sun gift, and the record of suns earned and spent
- Purchases you have made (owned sun-pack receipts and the "remove ads" entitlement, kept so they survive going offline or reinstalling purchase state checks)
- Whether you have completed the interactive tutorial, and your place in it
Uninstalling the App, or clearing its storage in your Android or iOS settings, deletes all of the above.
2.3 Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App may display banner and rewarded ads served by Google AdMob. When ads are shown, Google and its partners may collect and process device information such as the advertising identifier, IP address, device model, and operating system, and may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Watching a rewarded ad is always your choice and only grants in-game suns.
If you buy the Remove Ads product, advertising stops completely; the ad SDK is no longer used to show ads for you.
2.4 In-App Purchases
Sun packs and the Remove Ads product are sold through Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase. We never see or store your payment card details - the entire payment is handled by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies. We only keep a record on your device of what you own, so the game can give you what you bought.
2.5 Google Play Games Services and Game Center (optional)
If you sign in to Google Play Games on Android, or Game Center on iOS, that platform stores the following under your own account so it can follow you between devices:
- Achievements you unlock
- Cloud-saved progress, so you can restore your completed levels and suns on another device
This data is held by Google or Apple under your account, not by us. You can skip sign-in entirely - the App works exactly the same, fully offline.
2.6 What the App Does NOT Do
- No analytics or crash-reporting service. We collect no usage statistics ourselves.
- No access to photos, contacts, camera, microphone, or files.
- No social features, no chat, no user-generated content.
- No network access is needed to play. All puzzles are bundled inside the App.
3. How Information Is Used
- To run the game and remember your settings, progress, and sun balance, stored on your device
- To show ads and let you optionally earn suns by watching rewarded ads (AdMob, see 2.3)
- To record what you purchased so entitlements work (see 2.4)
- To sync achievements and cloud saves - only when you have signed in to Google Play Games or Game Center
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data, because we do not receive any. The only data that leaves your device is: ad-related data handled by Google AdMob when ads are shown, purchase confirmations handled by Google Play or the App Store, and achievement/cloud-save data handled by Google Play Games Services or Game Center after you choose to sign in.
5. Your Choices
- Remove ads: buy the Remove Ads product once and advertising stops.
- Play offline: decline the Play Games / Game Center sign-in prompt and put the device in airplane mode - the game plays identically.
- Manage or delete cloud data: use the Google Play Games app (Android) or Settings → Game Center (iOS) to delete your saved games, achievements, and leaderboard scores for this game.
- Delete local data: clear the App's storage, or uninstall it, to remove all settings, progress, and suns stored on your device.
- Ad personalization: you can reset or opt out of advertising personalization in your device settings (Google → Ads on Android; Apple → Privacy → Tracking on iOS).
6. Children's Privacy
The App is family-friendly. It contains no chat, no user-generated content, and no social features, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us.
7. Data Security
- Settings, progress, and purchases are kept in the device's standard local storage.
- We operate no servers, so there is no account of yours for us to lose.
- Cloud saves, when you enable them, are protected by your Google or Apple account.
- Payments are processed entirely by Google or Apple's secure billing systems.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App changes. Changes are posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and the stores' listing pages always link to the current version.

This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with Google Play and Apple App Store policies, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
