Privacy Policy

You can play without creating a HAB Labs account. The Android release includes AdMob advertising, optional store purchases and Google Play Games features. Availability of these services depends on the platform and release; the iOS services described below apply where enabled.

Data stored on your device

The app stores your active puzzle, completed levels, levels finished without hints, best times, hint balance, daily rewards, tutorial state and preferences such as language, colors, sound, haptics and motion. Purchase transaction identifiers and delivery records are stored locally to credit hints and avoid duplicate delivery. Puzzles are generated on your device. HAB Labs does not operate a server that receives your saved puzzles or hint wallet.

Advertising and consent

Google AdMob provides banner ads and ads you choose to watch for a reward. The app requests non-personalized ads. This does not eliminate data processing: Google's advertising SDK may collect and share IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from them), advertising or app/device identifiers, advertising impressions and clicks, app interaction information, and diagnostic or performance information. Google uses these data for advertising delivery, measurement, analytics, security and fraud prevention under its Privacy Policy and Mobile Ads data disclosure.

The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to check whether ads may be requested and to present privacy messages where required. When available, Settings provides advertising privacy choices. You can also manage advertising identifiers through your device's privacy settings. Purchasing Remove Ads disables the app's advertising. Ad availability and rewards depend on the app's current rules and service availability.

Purchases

Optional hint packs and Remove Ads are processed by Google Play or, on iOS where offered, Apple's App Store. The app receives product identifiers, transaction identifiers and purchase status to deliver or restore eligible items. HAB Labs does not receive your card number or banking details. The platform maintains its own purchase records under its privacy policy. Purchased hint balances are local consumable game items and are not included in the game's progress cloud save; clearing local data can remove them. Restore Purchases restores eligible non-consumable ownership, not already consumed hint packs.

Game services and saved progress

When connected, Google Play Games on Android, or Game Center on iOS where enabled, associates submitted achievements and leaderboard scores with your platform game profile. The platform may show your game profile and scores to other players according to its settings. We do not send your game-service identity or saved progress to AdMob.

Where cloud saving is enabled, the app sends completed levels, hint-free completion records, best times and synchronization/reset metadata to Google Play Games Saved Games (using Google Drive) or Apple iCloud. This supports progress synchronization between devices on the same platform and account. The active puzzle and hint-wallet balance are not part of this progress backup. Google and Apple process platform identity and saved data under their own policies: Google and Apple.

Support, external links and other services

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and keep them only as needed for support or applicable obligations. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details. Opening an external link uses your browser and the destination's privacy practices. Firebase Authentication, Firebase Analytics and local reminders are not enabled in the current configuration.

Your choices, retention and deletion

Local game records remain until you reset them or remove the app's data. You can reset progress in the app, or clear local storage through device settings. A progress reset may synchronize when cloud saving is connected. Clearing local storage, uninstalling, or signing out does not by itself delete a provider's purchase history or all platform/cloud records; use Google Play Games, Google Drive or Apple's game/cloud-account controls to manage those records. Platform backups may restore local data depending on your device settings.

Security and changes
