1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using PinIt - Notification Notes (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and HAB Labs ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer of the App.
2. Description of Service
PinIt - Notification Notes is a mobile application that allows users to:
- Create and manage text notes
- Display notes in the device notification panel
- Organize notes with pinning functionality
- Customize app settings (language, theme, notifications)
- Access notes quickly through persistent notifications
The App is designed for personal note-taking and reminder purposes.
3. License and Usage Rights
3.1 License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
3.2 Permitted Uses
You may:
- Install and use the App on your personal devices
- Create, edit, and delete notes for personal use
- Customize app settings according to your preferences
- Share individual note content through standard device sharing features
3.3 Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Use the App to store illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
- Distribute or resell the App without our written permission
4. User Content and Data
4.1 Your Content
You retain full ownership of all notes and content you create in the App ("User Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights to your User Content.
4.2 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The content of your notes
- Ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
- Backing up your content (the App stores data locally only)
- Any consequences arising from your content
4.3 Data Storage
- All notes are stored locally on your device
- We do not have access to your note content
- Uninstalling the App will permanently delete your notes
- You are responsible for backing up your data
5. In-App Purchases
5.1 Available Purchases
The App offers the following in-app purchases:
- Buy me a coffee ☕ (pinit_coffee): Support the developer
- Buy me a beer 🍺 (pinit_beer): Support the developer
- Buy me a pizza 🍕 (pinit_pizza): Support the developer
5.2 Purchase Terms
- All purchases are processed through Google Play Store
- Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
- Prices are set in your local currency through Google Play
- Purchases may remove advertisements from the App
6. Advertising
6.1 Ad Display
The App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob unless you have purchased ad removal.
6.2 Ad Content
- We do not control the content of third-party advertisements
- Ads are selected by Google AdMob based on their algorithms
- We strive to ensure family-friendly ad content
7. Disclaimers and Limitations
7.1 Service Availability
- The App is provided "as is" and "as available"
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time
7.2 Warranty Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7.3 Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL HAB LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP.
8. Termination
8.1 Termination by You
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
8.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
9. Updates and Modifications
9.1 App Updates
- We may release updates to improve functionality, security, or compatibility
- Updates may be automatic or require manual installation
- Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes
9.2 Terms Updates
- We may modify these Terms from time to time
- Significant changes will be communicated through the App
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms
10. Governing Law and Disputes
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Arbitration or court proceedings in Vietnam if necessary

- You have read and understood these Terms of Service
- You agree to be bound by these Terms
- You are at least 13 years old or have parental consent
- You will use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
Effective Date: These Terms of Service are effective as of October 4, 2025, and will remain in effect until modified or terminated.
Language: In case of any discrepancy between different language versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
