1. Acceptance

By downloading or using FlowDoku - Flower Puzzle (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms do not override any mandatory rights you have under the law or under Google Play's or Apple's terms.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

• copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's assets, except where such restriction is prohibited by law
• redistribute, sell, sublicense, or publish the App or its content
• use the App in any unlawful way

3. Virtual Goods (Suns)

• Suns are a virtual currency usable only inside the App. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred between users, and cannot be exchanged for money.
• The current app starts with three sunshine and offers one daily gift that does not stack. Sunshine can be spent on a hint, showing blocked cells, or a revive.
• Advertising and in-app purchases, including sun packs and Remove Ads, are disabled in the current build. If they become available in a future version, the app and these terms will be updated to explain them.

4. Advertising

The current app does not show advertising. See the privacy policy for the current data practices.

5. Cloud Services

Achievements and scores in the current app are stored locally. Google Play Games, Game Center, and app-managed cloud saves are disabled. The app does not provide its own progress restore or transfer; your operating system may restore app data from a device backup.

6. Changes and Availability

We may update the App, including its features and in-game economy. If paid products become available in a future version, the purchase terms and store policies for that version will apply. If we discontinue the App, we will try to give reasonable notice on the store listing.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. We may revoke the license of anyone who materially breaches these terms (for example, by distributing modified copies of the App).

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's country of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your own country.
