Terms of Service

FlowDoku - Flower Puzzle

Last updated: September 8, 2026

In short: play and enjoy the game for free or with optional purchases; don't reverse-engineer or resell it; purchases are handled by Google or Apple under their rules; the game is provided "as is". These terms apply alongside the stores' own terms.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using FlowDoku - Flower Puzzle (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms do not override any mandatory rights you have under the law or under Google Play's or Apple's terms.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

3. Virtual Goods (Suns)

4. Advertising

The App may display ads served by third parties (Google AdMob). Rewarded ads are always optional. See the privacy policy for what ad partners process. If you purchase Remove Ads, advertising stops.

5. Cloud Services

Achievements and cloud saves are provided by Google Play Games Services and Game Center under your own account. We may discontinue cloud features if a provider changes; local play never depends on them.

6. Changes and Availability

We may update, patch, or modify the App, including its economy and features. We aim to keep every purchased entitlement working across updates. If we discontinue the App, we will try to give reasonable notice on the store listing.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. We may revoke the license of anyone who materially breaches these terms (for example, by distributing modified copies of the App).

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's country of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your own country.
