1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application Let the car out! 3D puzzle (package com.hablabs.letthecarout, the "App") handles information. The App is a puzzle in which you slide cars out of a crowded parking lot. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

The App keeps one small record in the device's standard app-private storage:

• Campaign progress: the highest level unlocked, the level played last, and the star rating of every level cleared
• Your coin balance, hint balance, and the counters behind the awards - hints used, undos used, clean clears, fast clears, and your best clean-clear streak
• Which awards you have claimed and which islands you have opened
• Settings: interface language, scene theme, music, sound effects, vibration, notifications, resolution, and frame rate
• Flags recording that you finished the tutorial and whether ads have been removed

Uninstalling the App, or clearing its storage, deletes this local copy.

2.3 Cloud Save and Platform Services

If you are signed in to Google Play Games on Android, or Game Center and iCloud on iOS, the App keeps a copy of that same record in your platform account so your progress survives losing or replacing a device. The copy is held by Google or Apple under your own account, not by us. We cannot read it, and we are not told that you have one.

The App also reports two things to those services when you are signed in: your total stars, for the leaderboard, and which achievements you have earned. Nothing else is sent. Signing in is optional and the whole game is playable without it. Sign out in the Google Play Games or Game Center app and the App stops sending anything.

2.4 What the App Does Not Do

• No advertisements. This version serves no banner, interstitial, or rewarded ad, and no advertising SDK is compiled into it.
• No analytics, telemetry, or crash reporting. We collect no usage statistics of any kind.
• No access to photos, contacts, camera, microphone, files, or location.
• No tracking across apps or websites, and no advertising identifier is read.

2.5 Permissions the App Requests

• Vibrate (android.permission.VIBRATE) - short taps of haptic feedback when a car snaps into place, when a move is blocked, and when you clear a level. Turn it off in Settings and the App stops vibrating.
• Internet (android.permission.INTERNET) - used only by Google Play Games sign-in, cloud save, the leaderboard, and Google Play billing when you buy something. The game itself needs no connection: every level is bundled in the download.

3. How Information Is Used

The stored record exists for one purpose: so the game can remember where you were and how you like to play. It is not aggregated, profiled, or sold.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following services. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy, and each is optional except the store you installed from:

The App is built with the Unity engine. Unity's runtime is compiled into the App; no Unity analytics or advertising package is included in this build.

5. Purchases

Coin packs and the advertisement-free unlock are sold through Google Play billing on Android and the App Store on iOS. Those stores process the payment and tell the App only whether a purchase succeeded. We never see or store your card, address, or any other payment detail. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data. We receive none to share: the only copies that leave your device go to your own Google or Apple account.

7. Your Choices

• Play without signing in: decline Google Play Games or Game Center and nothing is sent anywhere.
• Delete the cloud copy: remove the App's saved game in the Google Play Games app, or delete its iCloud data in iOS Settings.
• Delete everything locally: clear the App's storage, or uninstall it.
• Reset progress in-game: Settings contains a reset that clears your save.
• Turn off vibration, music, or sound: Settings, at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is family-friendly. It has no chat, no user-generated content, and no advertising, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Google Play Games and Game Center sign-in are controlled by the platform account and by any parental controls set on it. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us.

9. Data Security

• Progress and settings are kept in the device's standard app-private storage, which other apps cannot read.
• The cloud copy is protected by your Google or Apple account and its own security.
• We operate no servers, so there is no account of yours for us to lose and no database of ours to breach.

10. Changes to This Policy

Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If a future version collects something this page does not describe, the page is updated before that version ships. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the revised policy.
